2009 (JUNIOR): Played the first three games for UNCP, but missed the remainder of the season with an injury … Tallied a pair of tackles, recording an assisted stop at Fayetteville State and a solo tackle against Saint Paul’s.

2008 (SOPHOMORE): Played in four games for UNCP, seeing much of his playing time on special teams … Logged lone tackle of the season (solo) on a fourth quarter kickoff return against Concord.

2007 (FRESHMAN): Did not see varsity action.

HIGH SCHOOL: A defensive standout for South View High School and coach Randy Ledford … Booked 66 tackles, including 15 tackles for loss, in pacing the Tigers to a 10-2 record and a spot in the state playoffs … Registered 36 tackles as a junior in helping South View to a 15-1 clip and a runner-up finish in the state title game … Earned all-conference laurels at season’s end … Also lettered in track & field for the Tigers.
