Appeared in 20 contests for UNCP, starting 12 games as a guard. Averaged 21.1 minutes per game. Scored 123 points with a 6.2 points per game average. Tallied 57 rebounds (48 defensive), 47 assists, 22 steals and two blocks on the year. Led the team in scoring twice, posting a team-high 14 points against Mercyhurst on 11/16 and then scoring 13 points against USC Aiken on 1/28. Scored in double figures four times on the year. Pulled down a team-high six rebounds against Clayton State on 1/31.

Played one season for Winston-Salem State, appearing in nine games before suffering a season-ending knee injury … played for coach Jason Grube at East Mecklenburg High School where he was a two-time All Conference performer … EMHS won the Southwestern 4A Conference championship twice during his career … over his high school career he averaged nine points, nine assists and six rebounds per game … during his senior year he averaged 12 points, eight assists and seven rebounds per game.
