AS A SOPHOMORE (2009-2010)
Played in 23 games with eight starts to his credit… Averaged 5.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per contest… Second on squad with 20 blocks… Shot 52.2% from the field… Scored season-high 16 points in loss at USC Aiken on Feb. 17… Recorded season-high nine rebounds on two occasions… Perfect 6-6 from free throw line in loss at USC Aiken on Feb. 17… Season-high three blocks in win over Armstrong Atlantic on Jan. 23.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-2009)
Appeared in all of UNCP’s 27 games with one start to his credit... Scored 75 points on the year while pulling down 70 rebounds (42 defensive)... Finished the season with a shooting percentage of .477... Tallied 13 blocks, six steals and four assists for the season... Averaged 12.5 minutes per contest... Posted a career-high 13 points against Francis Marion on Jan. 14... Scored 10 points against Belmont Abbey on Dec. 6... Recorded a career-high eight rebounds twice on the season, once against Georgia Southwestern on Jan. 17 and then against Lander on Jan. 19... Tied for the team lead in rebounds against Lander on Jan. 19 with eight... Recorded season-high two blocks on four occasions. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for Coach Ken Cross and the 2007-08 2A State Champion West Bladen Knights... Averaged 11.4 points, 12.6 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game as a senior in helping lead the Knights to a 30-2 record and a state title... Earned All-Conference accolades and at state regionals he was named to the All-Tournament squad... During his junior campaign WBHS went 23-4 reaching the third round of the state playoffs before exiting the field... Also a three-time letterwinner in football, earning All-Conference honors during his career... Earned WBHS letters in tennis and track & field.

Is the son of Charles and Traci Priest... has one brother, Charlie Jr., and two sisters, Paige and Brittany... His father, Charlie, ran track for UNCP... Born May 2, 1990 in Fayetteville, N.C.... Pre-major studies at UNCP.
