Braves/Pfeiffer Tennis Match Cancelled

PEMBROKE – Due to impending inclement weather that is expected to make its way through the state of North Carolina, Wednesday's regularly scheduled tennis match between UNCP and Pfeiffer has been cancelled. The contest will not be made up.

The announcement officially marks the end of the 2011-12 tennis season for the Braves (13-12, 3-9 PBC) who closed out the campaign with five-straight victories. Last weekend brought the most excitement for the Black & Gold as it ousted North Georgia on Friday before claiming two more victories on Sunday, including a 5-4 upset of No. 11 Clayton State.
