AS A SOPHOMORE (2010)
Led the Lady Braves in the opening meet of the season at the UNCW/Adidas Seahawk Invitational with a time of 16:09.85 in the 4K for a 26th overall finish … Holds a top-20 finish in the 5K with a time of 19:12.0 set at the Augusta State Tri-Meet (Oct. 23, 2010) to record a new personal best and fourth place finish in order to help the team grab second place honors … Set a personal record in the 6K at the Braves Cross Country Invitational with a second place finish to post a time of 24:24.16 to help the Black and Gold take the top standing as a team … Competed at the PBC Championships where she finished fourth for the team and 30th overall with a time of 27:09.3 in the 6K before improving on her time at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 24:29.8 for a 50th place finish … Ran at the Great American Cross Country Invitational where she finished 47th with a time of 21:06.2 in the 5K … Posted a time of 20:51.9 in the 5K at the Royals Cross Country Challenge placing 134th overall in the race.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009)
Finished top-15 (14th) at the PBC Championship race on Oct. 24 with her 24:28.93 6K to earn a spot on the PBC’s all-conference second team ... Paced the Lady Braves in all seven of their competitions including a first place team showing at the Mount Olive Invitational on Oct. 9 where Sem produced a 20:52 5K for a second place finish overall … Opened up her first season with the Black and Gold with a 25:12:40 at the UNCP Invitational 6K to take seventh overall … Posted a 20:24.21 5K at the UNCW/Adidas Seahawk Invitational on Sept. 11 to place 28th and a 21:00 5K at the ECU Pirates Invitational on Sept. 19 to take 17th … Competed in the Great American Cross Country Invitational with her 20:38 5K for 63rd place … Finishing out her inaugural season at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet with a 25:34 6L showing for 34th place finish.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ran for South View High School under Coach Jesse Autry … Garnered the Coaches Award in both 2007 and 2008 … Named all-conference, all-region athlete during her junior season … Helped lead the Tigers to be named the conference runner-up team in 2008 … Ran a 20:47 5K during both the South View Jungle Run and the 2008 Conference Meet … Assisted South View to a third place finish at ASU’s cross country camp race.
