PEMBROKE – With a 100 percent chance of rain in the forecast for Tuesday in Pembroke, the regularly scheduled softball doubleheader between the UNCP Lady Braves and the visiting Mount Olive Trojans has been postponed with a rescheduled date and time to be announced at a later date.

This is the third time in 10 days that the Lady Braves have been forced to reschedule a series due to weather.

The Black and Gold will begin Peach Belt Conference action on Saturday when the squad makes their way to Americus, Ga., to face Georgia Southwestern (12-8, 0-0 PBC) with the doubleheader beginning at 12 p.m.
