CLERMONT, Fla. – After regrouping from a 1-1 record in the first day of competition at the NTC Spring Games, the UNCP softball team took both victories from West Liberty and American International on Tuesday at the NTC Sports Complex in the final day of competition.

The Lady Braves (14-17) wrapped up the match with West Liberty (4-8) in six innings with a final score of 10-2 despite a two hour rain delay. The Black and Gold continued the perfect day by sweeping American International (0-3) by a score of 4-0.

UNCP will continue action on Saturday when the squad visits Peach Belt Conference foe Georgia College (21-11, 5-3 PBC) in a 4 p.m. doubleheader in Milledgeville, Ga.
