WINSTON-SALEM – Elijah Woods led the way for the UNC Pembroke track & field team in each of the first four events of the Heptathlon that were contested on Monday and sits 16^th heading into Tuesday's final day action at the Queens Multi at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem.

The Braves will be back in action tomorrow to close out their portion of competition at the JDL Fast Track. The men will complete the final three events of the heptathlon, while the women will complete all five events of the pen. The first event is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
