GREENVILLE, S.C. – A first-place finish at the 40th Annual Greensboro Cross Country Invitational has led to sophomore Moureen Kimaiyo earning Conference Carolinas Runner of the Week for the third time this season, league officials announced Monday afternoon.

The reigning Conference Carolinas Runner of the Year won the 5K event with a time of 19:07.14. 

Both cross country programs will take a week off before heading down to Huntsville, Ala. on October 12 for their final regular season meet at the UAH Chargers Invite. The men's 8K race is set to begin at 9 a.m., with the women's 6K race to follow at 9:50 a.m.
