PEMBROKE – UNC Pembroke women's basketball head coach Dr. Kendra Samuels-Eaton put the finishing touches are her 2025-26 roster with the addition of four transfer student-athletes on Wednesday afternoon.
 
Lauren Bell, Grace Ikenegbu, Keziyah Sanders and Bre'Asia Washington will all be eligible immediately for the Black & Gold. They will join incoming freshmen Shaymiah Bailey, Camille Kerridge, Breanna Perry and Abby Sheets. 
 
When our staff looks for transfers, we want individuals that want to be here and make an impact, and we have that with the four student-athletes coming this fall," said head coach Dr. Kendra Samuels-Eaton. "They will give us experience on and off the floor. Bringing in Grace and Keziyah who have played in this conference, they understand the toughness of our league. Bre'Asia and Lauren will bring a different perspective to the team both playing at Florida schools with different styles. Overall, this transfer class has something to prove, and we look forward to watching them grow over the next few years."
