AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
A member of the squad that earned the Team NSCAA Academic Award … Named to the all-PBC Team and was PBC Goalkeeper of the Week twice on Sept. 29 and Oct. 20 …  PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... DII ADA Academic Achievement Award … As the starting goalkeeper, he played and started in all 17 games to record 1590 minutes on the field … Ranked fifth in the PBC in goals against average (1.13) and fourth in save percentage (.765) … Also ranked fifth in the league in goals against (20) and sixth in saves with 65 … Posted a record in goal of 6-8-3 … Helped UNCP post six shutouts during the season over Montevallo, Barton, Francis Marion, Mars Hill, North Georgia and Chowan to rank third in the PBC … Collected a season-high nine saves in the 2-1 victory over Lander on the road … Also had more than five saves against Clayton State (7), Montevallo (6), Barton (6) and USC Aiken (6) … Assisted in holding Georgia Southwestern, Flagler, North Georgia, Erskine, Chowan and USC Aiken to 10 or less shots during the game … The defense held opponents to a .092 shot percentage and .394 shots on goal percentage … Recorded a season-high 110 minutes in the contests against Brevard, Montevallo and Francis Marion and 90 minutes in the other 14 contests.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Garner Magnet High School under coach Jon Serwin … A two-year letterman in soccer and football … As a senior, he captained the Trojans to a 16-3-1 record on the field that became conference champions for the first time in school history and to the second round of the state playoffs, while recording 11 shutouts during his 1615 minutes in goal … Logged 206 saves for an average 10.3 saves per game with a .75 goals against average … Grabbed the honor of Greater Neuse River Conference 2012 Defensive Player of the Year, all-conference, all-academic and team MVP … During his junior year, the squad advanced to the first round of the state playoffs for the first time in school history, while becoming a Greater Neuse River All-Conference player and all-academic … Posted 1639 minutes in goal with 244 saves for an average 12.2 saves per game with four shutouts … Was a member of the 2011 state runner-up football team and a two-time all-academic player and conference champion for football … Played club soccer for the CASL Elite 95 team under coach Steve Armas as the team made the USYS Region III Premiere League in 2012 and 2010, USYS regional quarter finalists for two years in a row, 95 NC State Champions in 2011 and 2009 and NC State semi-finalists in 2010, Disney Soccer Showcase finalists in 2011 and to the CASL shootout and showcase in 2010 … Earned 2012 ODP Region 3 Pool Keeper honors, first on the NCYSA ODP NC Team in 2012 and 2010, as well as CASL Hamilton Sportsmanship Award in 2009.
