In her Freshman year at UNCP…
 Started 42 of the 45 games she appeared in for the Braves. Batted .216 on the season with four doubles and one triple with 19 RBI and 15 runs scored. Tallied 24 hits and 10 walks. Recorded a career-high two hits seven times on the year. Drove in a career-high two RBI five times. Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored against Francis Marion on Feb. 20.

Attended East Columbus High School in Lake Waccamaw, N.C. … was named team Most Valuable Player her senior season … also played volleyball.
