Garnered a spot on the NCCSIA All-State team and was named PBC Player of the Week on February 20 for her effort in helping the Lady Braves collect three-straight wins during the week … Played in all 28 games with 24 starts to her credit for UNCP for a total of 856 minutes … Averaged 30.6 minutes (3rd on the team), 8.7 points (4th on the team) and 6.1 rebounds (1st on the team), while also posting a team high 15 blocks, and holding the third best on the team with 50 assists and 23 steals … Totaled 244 points and led the team in rebounding with 172 rebounds, 47 of which were offensive and 125 defensive … Was second on the team with a 47.9 percent field goal shooting (91-of-190), while leading the squad from the foul line with a 76.9 percentage (60-of-78) … Was 2-for-11 on 3-point field goal attempts for 18.2 percent shooting … Scored a personal best 18 points against Augusta State, while notching a personal record 13 rebounds against Francis Marion … Garnered a personal high seven assists against Armstrong Atlantic and notched two double doubles against Francis Marion on February 2 (12 points, 10 rebounds) and again against Francis Marion on February 15 (16 points and 13 rebounds) … Posted a career-best six free throws Francis Marion and played all 40 minutes in the PBC Tournament game against USC Aiken … Helped the Lady Braves record a number of firsts this season including 12 wins in conference action under head coach John Haskins, as well as a trip to the PBC tournament semifinals.

The daughter of Johnnie McGill and Kary Kemp … Has two older sisters, Jerlisa and JaToya … JaToya played for UNCP from 2007-2011 and currently ranks 12th all-time with 1,310 career points in the Black and Gold … Received awards in both chemistry and geometry and is a member of the Beta Club … A biology major at UNCP.
