AS A JUNIOR (2018): Saw action in 15 games from the mound, including one start … Logged a 3-1 record and an 11.02 ERA in 16-1/3 innings of work with 18 strikeouts and 10 walks … Held opponents to a .365 (27-for-74) batting average … Did not commit in an error in one total defensive chance (1.000 fielding percentage) … Picked up the win in relief in the series finale with Augusta, striking out two and surrendering just one hit in an inning of work … Picked up the win in game two of the series with Winston-Salem State after striking out four in 2-1/3 hitless innings of relief … Notched his third win of the season at Barton, striking out two and yielding just one hit in 1-2/3 innings of work … Also recorded scoreless relief appearances in five other contests as well.

AS A JUNIOR (2017): Redshirted … Did not see game action.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016): Saw action in 18 games from the hill, all in relief … Posted a 3-1 record and a 2.61 ERA in 31 innings pitched with 22 strikeouts and 11 walks … Held opponents to a .276 batting average … Did not allow a run in an inning of relief against Concord, Pfeiffer, Flagler, Wingate and Barton … Grabbed first win of the season with two innings of relief against Coker in which he struck out one and scattered four hits and two unearned runs … Earned wins in each of his last two appearances of the season … Struck out three and scattered three hits over 3-2/3 innings of work in the second game of the Augusta series … Struck out two and yielded a pair of hits over two scoreless innings of work in a 10-9 victory over Columbus State.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015): A member of the PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... Saw action in two games, both in relief … Was not awarded a decision in either appearance … Tallied a 40.50 ERA with three walks 2/3 of an inning … Allowed two hits and a lone unearned run in his first appearance of the season against Anderson.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at A.L. Brown High School for coach Empsy Thompson … Earned all-conference nods as a senior after recording a .405 batting average, as well as a 6-3 record on the mound.

PERSONAL: The son of Kim and Todd Hagler … Has two younger sisters, Savanna and Tali, and one younger brother, Rhett … Maintained a 4.24 cumulative grade point average at A.L. Brown High School and graduated in the top 10 percent of his 284-member senior class … A nursing major at UNCP.
