AS A JUNIOR (2015): USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … PBC All-Academic Team … PBC Presidential Honor Roll … UNCP’s top finisher in four of five races … Earned All-Peach Belt Conference recognition with a 15th place finish (23:39.0) in the 6K run at the PBC Championships … Finished sixth in the season-opening 5K run (19:51.51) at the USC Upstate Invitational … 18th place finish at North Georgia Invitational (6K) with a time of 24:10.4 … Logged a top 50 finish (43rd) at Royals Challenge (5K) with a mark of 24:10.4 … Finished 18th with a time of 24:10.4 in the 6K run at the North Georgia Invitational … Crossed in 62nd place at NCAA Southeast Region Championships (6K) with a time of 25:37.4.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … PBC All-Academic Team … PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... DII ADA Academic Achievement Award … Ran her personal best time in the 5K at the Sand Shark Invitational where she placed 51st (third for the Braves) with a time of 19:19.88 for the 17th fastest time in school history and to help the Braves to a seventh place finish … At the Peach Belt Conference Championships, she ran a time of 22:48.04 for the eighth fastest time in school history and a 22nd place finish (second on the team) as the UNCP women’s team placed fifth … Finished 57th (second for the Braves) at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a time of 24:37.21 as the Braves placed 14th overall … Competed in her first cross country race of the season at the Queens Twilight Invitational where she helped the team place third with a 16th place finish (20:13.4) as the fourth finisher for UNCP … Captured a top-10 finish at the Bulldog Cross Country Invitational as she ran a time of 21:040.43 for a 10th place finish (third finisher for UNCP) and a team champion honor … Registered a 55th place finish (third on the team) with a time of 25:25.0 at the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational in which the Braves captured eighth place … At the Royals Cross Country Challenge, she logged a 34th place finish (second on the team) as she crossed the finish line in a time of 19:51.2.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Garnered a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic team and PBC All-Sportsmanship team … A member of the PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... A member of the team that was recognized by the USTFCCCA as an all-academic team … Ran her personal best time in the 6K at the PBC Championships with a time of 23:11.81 (ninth best 6K time in school history) for a 29th place finish as the UNCP women’s team placed fourth and she was the third finisher from the squad to cross the finish line … At the Royal Cross Country Challenge, she ran a time of 19:10.4 (eighth best 5K time in school history) for a 34th overall finish, and third on the team, for a personal best time in the 5K to assist the Braves in finishing third overall … Opened up the season by placing fifth at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational with a time of 20:06.91 in the 5K to help deliver UNCP a first place finish as a team … Placed eighth at the Bulldog Stampede with a time of 20:21 in the 5K to assist the team in becoming runners-up as she was the third Brave to cross the finish line … Finished 31st at the Charlotte Cross Country Challenge with a time of 23:30.8 (14th fastest 6K time in school history) to help UNCP place second overall … Ended her freshman year at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in the 6K where the team finished fifth and she crossed the finish line in 53rd (24:03.0) as UNCP’s fourth finisher.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Felix Varela Senior High School under coach Denny Aguas … A three-year letterman in track and field and two-year letterman in cross country … Named to the first-team All-Dade County cross country team as a senior and honorable mention All-Dade county as a junior in track … As a senior, she ran a 19:51 time at the state cross country meet … Was the district runner-up with a time of 20:19 ... Became the district champion in the 1600m and 3200m runs … During her junior campaign, she helped the Vipers to become cross country state qualifiers … Also was a district champion in the 3200m run with a time of 11:58 and regional runner-up in the 3200m run (11:42).

PERSONAL: The daughter of Sara and Richard Tardanico … Has one older brother, Joseph … Ranked in the top 20 percent of her over 500-member senior class with a 4.18 grade point average … A member of the Honor Roll and First Priority Club … Undecided in her course of study at UNCP.
