AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Second team all-Peach Belt Conference selection … Enrolled at UNCP as the No. 1-ranked non-NCAA Division I player competing in the state of North Carolina … Honor came after leading the Virginia Summer Woodbat League (New Market Rebels) with a .365 batting average … Also earned a spot on the Valley League All-Star and Mid-Classic All Star teams … Ranked as the third-best hitter in that league by All Things Valley League and ranked as the 17th-best prospect in that league according to Perfect Game … Baseball America rated him as 20th-best NCAA Division II prospect in 2010 … Saw action in 42 games, including 29 starts in centerfield, nine starts in left field, three starts at designated hitter and one start in right field … Posted a team-best .382 batting average in 157 at-bats with 38 runs scored on 60 hits, including 22 extra-base hits (9 HR) and 41 RBI … Tallied a .643 slugging percentage and a team-best .513 on-base percentage … Also drew 23 walks and was hit by pitch a team-high 19 times … Registered an 8-for-11 success rate on stolen base attempts … Booked 18 multiple-hit games and 11 multiple-RBI games … Also scored two or more runs in 10 or more contests … Committed two errors in 58 total chances for a .966 fielding percentage … Made UNCP debut a memorable one with a 4-for-6 performance in his season opener at Coker – a day that included two doubles, one home run, two RBI and three runs scored … Collected two hits in each bookend of a road series with Anderson … The last outing against the Trojans sparked a 10-game hitting streak in which he booked a .444 (20-for-45) batting average with three home runs and three doubles … Hit 4-for-6 (.667) with two doubles, three hit by pitches, one RBI and four runs scored in the season series with Barton … Registered a .500 (4-for-8) series with North Georgia to go along with two home runs, a pair of doubles, three RBI and four runs scored … Followed it up with a .438 (7-for-16) series against Lander with five RBI and two runs scored … Hit .500 (5-for-10) in the weekend set with Armstrong Atlantic as well, while tallying two home runs, five RBI and three runs scored … Turned in a 2-for-3 hitting line with two runs scored and a pair of RBI at Wingate, and then followed it up with a 3-for-4, 4-RBI outing at Lenoir-Rhyne three days later … Registered a .625 (5-for-8) series against Chowan with two home runs, one double, one triple, four RBI and six runs scored.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT LOS ANGELES CITY COLLEGE (2008)
Played and started in 33 games for Los Angeles City College … Posted a .320 batting average in 128 at-bats with a team-best 28 runs scored on 41 hits, including 17 extra-base hits (5 HR), and 22 RBI … Tallied a .547 slugging percentage and a .360 on-base percentage … Also drew eight walks and was hit by pitch one time … Registered a 2-for-2 success rate on stolen base attempts … Committed two errors in 90 total chances for a .978 fielding percentage.

Hit two solo home runs in game with South Australia as part of the Goodwill Series ... Winter of 2005 played in the Goodwill Series, Inc. in Australia;  competed with the 18 and Over Players ...
