As a guard, she played in 26 games with 14 starts to her credit to total 729 minutes on the court … Averaged 9.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.4 steals and 28.0 minutes per game … Shot 36.9 percent (83-for-225) from the field, including a 80-of-116 (.690) success rate from the charity stripe … Went 11-for-38 from the perimeter (.289) … Turned in a season-best 25 points in a loss to Livingstone, tying a season high with seven made field goals ... Scored in double-digits on 13 occasions and eclipsed 20 points twice ... HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Porter Ridge High School under coach Ina Thompson … A four-year letterman in basketball … As a senior, she was chosen to compete in the East/West All-Star game, and was an all-conference and all-county selection for three-consecutive years … Scored 1000 points in three years and was named to regional all-tournament team … During her senior season, she was 46.8 percent from the field, 25.0 percent from the arch and 72.1 percent from the charity stripe … Logged 2.5 rebounds per game and totaled 466 points, 99 assists and 118 steals during the season … Assisted the Pirates to a 26-4 record in the 2012-13 season and a 20-6 record in the 2011-12 season … Garnered the MVP laurel in the Christmas Tournament as a junior … During her junior campaign, she was 44.0 percent from the field, 15.8 percent from the arch and 66.4 percent from the charity stripe … Logged 3.1 rebounds per game and totaled 406 points, 91 assists and 58 steals during the season … Also played club basketball for the Spartans under coach Cynthia “C.J.” Johnson.
