AS A JUNIOR (2017): NCBWA All-Region … NCCSIA All-State … All-Peach Belt Conference … PBC Pitcher of the Week (February 20) … Saw action in 15 games from the mound, all starts … Posted an 11-1 record and a 3.49 ERA in a team-best 98.0 innings pitched with a team-best 72 strikeouts and 23 walks … Also recorded two complete games and a pair of combined shutouts … Picked up the win in four out of his first five starts of the season (did not get a decision against Lake Erie) … Earned the win in his UNCP debut after striking out five and allowing just one run and four hits across six innings of work against Shepherd … Matched a season-high with 10 strikeouts against Saint Rose and surrendered just two hits over seven scoreless innings of work on the way to a combined shutout … Struck out five and scattered four hits across seven innings en route to a 2-1 win over Columbus State … Matched a season-high with 10 strikeouts over eight innings in a victory over No. 1 North Georgia … Pitching a complete game (7 innings) and struck out six in a home victory over Coker … Combined to shut out Columbus State in UNCP’s PBC Tournament opener against Columbus State … Went the distance in a 6-2 triumph over Catawba to open the NCAA Southeast Regional.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT THE COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON (2016): Saw action in 11 games from the mound, all in relief … Posted a 0-1 record, one save and a 6.30 ERA in 10 innings pitched with nine strikeouts and six walks … Earned save with three innings of scoreless relief against Charleston Southern … Also logged scoreless relief stints against UC Santa Barbara (0.2 IP) and in both bookends of a series with James Madison.
 
BEFORE THE COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON: Played one season (2015) at Chipola College … saw action in 20 games from the mound, including two starts … Posted a 5-1 record and a 2.15 ERA in 46 innings pitched with 31 strikeouts and 12 walks.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Riverbend High School for coach Tim Stimmel … Earned first team all-conference honors for second-straight year as a senior after tallying a 9-1 record and a 0.94 ERA … Also earned first team all-area accolades as a junior.
