AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country
Season bests: 5K (19:35.5), 6K (24:23.9) … Placed 26^th at the Bulldogs Stampede and at the Trevecca DII Showcase … Finished 50^th at the Peach Belt Conference Championship … Crossed the finish line in 66^th place the NCAA Southeast Region Championship.
Indoor
Season bests: 800m (2:24.60), Mile (5:35.10) … Honorable Mention All-Conference (800m) … Placed seventh in the Mile Run at the Mountain East Conference Championship … Also ran a personal best time in the 800-meter Run at the Mountain East Conference Championships and placed third.
Outdoor
Season bests: 1500m (5:10.46), 5000m (19:45.40) … Placed fourth in the 5000-meter Run at the Braves Classic while also running a personal-best time in the 1500-meter Run at the Braves Classic.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
Cross Country
Season bests: 5K (19:52.5), 6K ( 25:14.0) ... Placed 10^th at the Mount Olive Twilight Meet to start the season ... Finished 16^th at the Great American Festival and a 30^th place finish at the Peach Belt Conference Championship ... Was the 85^th runner to cross the finish line at the Southeast Region Championship. 
Indoor
Season bests: 1-Mile (5:35.71), 800m (2:33.19), DMR (13:32.21), 4x400m Relay (4:17.14), 4x800m Relay (10:12.67) ... Ran a leg on the DMR team to capture a 1^st place finish at the Wake Forest Invitational ... Also ran a leg on the 4x800m relay squad that finished 8^th at the Liberty Kickoff ... Ran a personal best in the 1-mile run to finish 27^th at the Liberty Kickoff. 
Outdoor
Season bests: 800m (2:27.90), 1500m (5:12.06), 3000 Steeplechase (13:00.43), 1-Mile (5:39.86) ... Finished 3^rd in the 800-meter run at the UNCW Invitational and 4^th in the 800-meter run at the UNCP vs. UMO Dual ... Placed 18^th at the Peach Belt Conference Championships in the 1500-meter run and 17^th in the 800-meter run. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Cross Country
Season bests: 4K (18:08), 5K (19:10.6), 6K (24:57.29) … Competed in six events … Placed 70^th in the season-opening Elon Opener (4K) … Logged a top-20 finish (19^th) at Queens Twilight (5K) … Finished 26^th at both the FSU Invitational (5K) and Peach Belt Conference Championships (6K).

Season bests: 800m (2:29.05), Mile (5:34.23) … Finished 13^th in the 800-meter Run at the Wake Forest Invitational … Ran a leg on the Distance Medley Relay team that placed eighth at the Buccaneer Invitational.

Prepped at Hopewell High School for coach Michelle LaPointe … A four-year all-conference selection … Decorated with U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Female Athlete award as a senior, while also earning the Matt Markham Scholarship … Registered personal-best times of 20:19 in the 5K and 45:20 in the 10K … Also registered a mark of 57:15 in the 400-meter dash and a time of 2:15.00 in the 800-meter run … Also turned in a time of 5:50 in the mile … Also lettered in swimming and soccer for the Titans … Earned four-straight all-conference awards in swimming … Recognized as the top defensive player for Hopewell’s soccer squad … Also earned the Titan Award in swimming, and the Iron Man award in both swimming and soccer.
