AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Compiled an 11-13 (.458) record, including a 6-6 mark in tournament action … Tallied one win via pin, one by technical fall and another by major decision … Went 9-10 against NCAA Division II competition … Earned a trip to the podium at the Citrus Invitational (5^th) … Went 3-2 at the Citrus Invitational … Won last three dual matches of the season, including a key 4-3 victory over Newberry’s Zack Clary … Tallied a 2-2 mark at the NCAA Midwest Super Regional, including a major decision over Bellarmine’s Clayton Catanzarite.
 
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2016-17): Compiled a 19-13 (.594) record, including an 11-8 clip in tournaments … Tallied three wins by pin, one by technical fall and another by major decision … Went 8-8 against NCAA Division II competition … Earned trip to podium at three tournaments … Posted 5-1 record on the way to a third place finish at Pembroke Classic … Earned first collegiate victory with a 5-1 decision over Southeastern’s Zachary Branning … Finished third at Central Florida Open with a 3-1 record … Logged three wins and a fourth place finish at Citrus Invitational … Earned first collegiate dual meet win with a forfeit victory against Spartanburg Methodist … Also picked up dual meet wins against St. Andrews, Findlay, Tiffin, Ferrum, Emmanuel, Coker and King … Went 0-2 at NCAA Midwest Super Regional.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Mount Pleasant High School as a senior for coach Greg Hinson … As a junior, prepped at A.L. Brown High School for coach Brian Ceresa … Registered a 45-3 (.938) record as a senior on the way to a spot in the state tournament … Claimed the conference and region championships, while also earning all-state and all-region nods … Named Mount Pleasant’s most outstanding wrestler … Registered a 40-11 (.784) record as a junior … Was also a standout in football and track & field for the Tigers.
