Season bests: 5K (16:16), 6K (21:04), 8K (27:41) … Placed 52^nd at Elon Opener (6K) … Also registered a 25^th place showing at Queens Twilight (5K) and finished 43^rd at Peach Belt Conference Championships (8K).
Indoor
Season bests: 800m (2:11.41) … Placed 37^th in the 800-meter Run at the Wake Forest Invitational.
Outdoor
Season bests: Mile (5:15.14) … Finished 13^th in the Mile Run in the dual meet with Mount Olive.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17)
Cross Country
Season bests: 6K (20:39), 8K (27:57.3) … Finished 43^rd at season-opening Elon Opener (6K) … Placed 89^th at Furman Cross Country Classic (8K).
Indoor
Season bests: 800m (2:01.19), Mile (4:38.02), 3000m (9:58.46) … Finished eighth in the Mile Run at the Kent Taylor Invite … Also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay squad that finished sixth at the JDL College Team Challenge.
Outdoor
Season bests: 800m (1:56.06), 1500m (4:06.35) … Placed third in both the 800- and 1500-meter Run at the Braves Track Classic.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16)
Cross Country
Season bests: 8K (28:17.2) … Finished 64^th at Peach Belt Conference Championships (8K).
Indoor
Did not compete during indoor season.
Outdoor
Season bests: 800m (1:56.83), 1500m (4:05.71), Mile (4:39.30) … Won event titles in both 800-meter Run at the Braves Track Classic … Also ran a leg on the 4x400 and 4x1500 relay squads … 4x400 team finished third at the Braves Track Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at A. L. Brown High School under coach Brian Landis … A four-year letterman in cross country and track and field … Named Team MVP, MECKA Conference Runner of the Year, all-country and all-conference for cross country, while all-county, all-conference and Team MVP in track as he was a state participant in both sports … Was also the A.L. Brown Distinguished Male Athlete of the Year … Assisted the team in becoming MECKA Cross Country Champions and Cabarrus County Outdoor Track & Field Champions … Competed in the 5K (16:24), 400m dash (50.5 seconds), 500m dash (1:07.9), 800m run (1:57.33), 1000m run (2:39.93, 1500m run (4:15.02) and 1600m run (4:33) … As a junior, he improved on all times, while running a time of 4:30.5 in the 1600m run … Garnered all-county, all-conference and all-region in cross country, and all-conference in track … Was a state participant in both sports in his junior campaign.
