AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
Cross Country
Season bests: 8K (32:18.6) ... Finished 30^th at the Great American Festival ... Ran a personal best time at the Peach Belt Conference Championships on the way to a 66^th place finish. 
Indoor
Season bests: 400m (56.52), 800m (2:12.46) ... Competed in one meet and finished 108^th in the 400-meter dash and 73^rd in the 800-meter run at the Carolina Challenge. 
Outdoor
Season bests: 100m (12.19), Long Jump (5.10m), Shot Put (7.92m), High Jump (1.67m), 400m (54.92) 110h (18.53), Discus Throw (27.46m), Javelin Throw (31.89m), 1500m (4:44.31), 800m (2:21.99) ... Finished 7^th in the Decathlon at the Peach Belt Conference Championship. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Indoor
Did not compete during indoor season.
Outdoor
Season bests: 100m (12.10), 400m (54.04), 800m (2:09.22), 1500m (4:48.27), High Jump (1.58m), Shot Put (8.98m), Discus Throw (21.35), Decathlon (3,953 points) … Finished seventh in the Decathlon at the Peach Belt Conference Championships … Placed first in the 1,500-meter Run as part of that event.
Cross Country
Did not compete during cross country season.

Prepped at A.L. Brown High School for coach Brian Landis … Named indoor track most valuable player as a senior … Also lettered in cross country for the Wonders.

The son of Dianie and Havis Quinn … Maintained a 3.0 cumulative grade point average at A.L. Brown High School … An exercise & sports science major at UNCP.
