AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Saw action in 12 games on the mound, including 10 starts … Tallied a 4-2 record and a 5.09 ERA in 58.1 innings pitched with 39 strikeouts and 14 walks … Also registered two hits in seven at-bats (.286) with two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored … Held opponents to a .315 batting average … Held opponents to no stolen bases in three attempts … Pitched 4.86 innings per appearance … Averaged 6.02 strikeouts per nine innings … Earned a win in a relief appearance at Anderson, scattering three hits across 2-1/3 innings in a 10-9 win in the series opener … Struck out four and scattered three hits across six innings of shutout work in grabbing the win in his first start of the season against Bloomfield … Worked the first of three season-long seven-inning appearances against Flagler, striking out a season-high six batters and allowing just three runs (two earned), but was not awarded a decision … Also worked seven innings against Armstrong Atlantic and Chowan, earning the win in both outings … Grabbed his first RBI of the season and scored a run in the series opener with Anderson, and hit RBI doubles in pinch-hit stints in game two against Bloomfield and at Belmont Abbey.

Saw action in 16 games on the mound, including five starts … Tallied a 3-2 record and a 4.96 ERA in 52.2 innings pitched with 43 strikeouts and 22 walks … Also booked a combined shutout … Held opponents to a .291 batting average … Also held opponents to just two stolen bases in four attempts (.500) … Averaged 7.35 strikeouts per nine innings … Yielded four hits across five innings in grabbing a win in his first start of the season against St. Andrews … Struck out a season-best six batters and allowed six hits and two earned runs in his following appearance to grab the win over Anderson … Registered a season-long eight innings of work in the following appearance, allowing just one earned run and striking out five in a win over Millersville … After suffering his first defeat of the year against Francis Marion, he logged nine-straight relief appearances … Struck out five and allowed just two hits in four innings of work in a start against St. Andrews, but was not awarded a decision.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008)
Saw action in 13 games on the mound, including 13 starts … Tallied a 4-4 record and a 6.75 ERA in 68.0 innings pitched with 50 strikeouts and 31 walks … Held opponents to a .346 batting average … Averaged 6.62 strikeouts per nine innings … Struck out five and yielded three runs in 5-2/3 innings of work en route to picking up the win in his first collegiate appearance and start in game two against Anderson … Worked a season-long seven innings and struck out six in a win over Chowan … Struck out six in the following appearance (5-2/3 innings) against Augusta State, but was not awarded a decision … Earned the win with 5-1/3 innings of work in the series finale with Georgia Southwestern … Struck out a season-high eight batters and allowed just seven hits and two earned runs in seven innings from the mound in booking a win in the series finale with Lander.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
An all-state selection at Middle Creek High School for coach Jeremy Thompson … Earned all-county, county player of the year, all-conference, conference player of the year, and all-state laurels following an outstanding senior season that saw him record a 10-1 record from the mound with a 1.27 ERA and 82 strikeouts in 66.0 innings pitched … Also recorded a .389 batting average with nine home runs and 31 RBI.
