AS A FRESHMAN AT SAVANNAH STATE (2017): Saw action in 15 games from the mound, all in relief … Posted a 0-0 record and a 9.37 ERA in 16-1/3 innings pitched with 18 strikeouts and 17 walks … Held opponents to a .354 (28-for-79) batting average … Made his collegiate debut against Kennesaw State … Followed with three appearances of solid scoreless relief against North Florida (1.0 IP), the series opener with Mercer (1.0) and the series finale with Mercer (1.1 IP) … Struck out a season-best three batters and allowed just two hits in 2-1/3 innings of scoreless relief at Georgia.
