AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE AT WINSTON-SALEM STATE (2019): Saw action in 18 games from the mound, including 15 starts … Registered a 6-4 record and a 3.76 ERA in 79 innings pitched with 72 strikeouts and 15 walks … Also turned in two complete games and one save … Limited opponents to a .250 batting average … Struck out nine, walked one and surrendered just three hits across eight innings in his season debut against Limestone … Struck out eight and picked up the victory with five innings of work against Davis & Elkins … Allowed two runs and struck out three across a complete game 7-inning showing against Lock Haven … Was awarded the save after striking out the final batter of the game in WSSU’s 6-5 victory at Mars Hill … Went the distance and fanned 10 in an 11-10 win over Virginia State in the D2 Independent Baseball Championship.
 
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN AT WINSTON-SALEM STATE (2018): Saw action in 16 games on the hill, including 14 starts … Tallied a 4-6 record and a 5.12 ERA in 70-1/3 innings of work with 64 strikeouts and 35 walks … Turned in two complete games and held opponents to a .252 batting average … Struck out nine and allowed just four hits and a lone run to pick up his first win of the season against Post … Grabbed the win in a pre-determined rotation against Bluefield State, tossing a pair of innings and striking out three … Struck out nine across a complete game 7-inning shutout (4 hits) against Lincoln … Went the distance (9 innings) in his following appearance at North Georgia, striking out eight while surrendering just three hits and a lone run.
