Saw action in five games on the mound, all of which came in relief … Tallied a 0-0 record and a 9.00 ERA in 6.0 innings pitched with three strikeouts and two walks … Held opponents to a .333 batting average … Struck out one and allowed a lone unearned run in his first appearance against Bloomfield … Also recorded lone strikeouts in appearances at Belmont Abbey and against Columbus State … Worked 1-1/3 hitless innings in game two against Columbus State.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT WILKES CC (2009)
Saw action in 21 games on the mound … Tallied a 4-4 record and a 7.11 ERA in 50.2 innings pitched with 48 strikeouts and 36 walks … Also collected three saves … Struck out eight and surrendered just one hit in four innings of work against Belmont Abbey … Worked a season-best 6-2/3 innings against Patrick Henry CC, striking out five in a loss … Struck out three and yielded just one earned run over 4-1/3 innings in a win over Surry CC.

AS A FRESHMAN AT WILKES CC (2008)
Saw action in 35 games, including 10 appearances on the mound … Tallied a 4-2 record and a 4.93 ERA in 38.1 innings pitched with 36 strikeouts and 35 walks … Struck out seven and scattered three hits over four innings of work against Lenoir-Rhyne JV … Hit 3-for-3 with a pair of runs scored in game two of the series with Lenoir-Rhyne … Struck out seven and allowed just one hit in a six-inning victory over Rockingham CC … Struck out five and scattered four hits over a season-best seven innings of work in a win over Florence-Darlington Tech … Registered five multi-hit games on the season.
