Cross Country
Season bests: 7.4K (22:16.0), 8K (23.41.9) … Logged a first-place finish in all three of the races that he ran, including capturing the PBC individual title … Set a new meet and course record at the PBC Championships … Named PBC Runner of the Year for the second straight season … Also earned All-PBC honors and named to the PBC Team of Academic Distinction.

Season bests: 8K (23:22.7), 10K (29:55.9) … Peach Belt Conference Runner of the Year … Peach Belt Conference Champion … NCAA Southeast Region Champion … NCAA Southeast Region Male Athlete of the Year … NCAA All-American … Finished in 1^st place in four out of his five races … Set the course record at the Trevecca DII Showcase … Placed 8^th at the NCAA National Championship to earn All-American status.

Season bests: Mile (4:12.62), 3000m (8:15.98), 5000m (14:09.31) … NCAA National Qualifier … Mountain East Conference Athlete of the Week … Mountain East Conference Champion (Mile, 3000m, 5000m) … 1^st Team All-Conference (Mile, 3000m, 5000m) … Mountain East Conference Most Outstanding Performer, Mountain East Conference Track Athlete of the Year … USTFCCCA All-Region (Mile, 3000m, 5000m) … Placed first in seven out of the 10 races competed … Also set school records in the Mile Run, 3000-meter Run, and the 5,000-meter Run.

Season bests: 1500m (4:02.55) … Captured the event title in the 1500-meter Run at the Braves Classic season opener.
