A member of the squad that earned the Team NSCAA Academic Award … PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... DII ADA Academic Achievement Award … Redshirted for the Braves.

BEFORE UNCP
Attended Thomas College during his freshman and sophomore year and played for coach Chris Parsons on the field … In his sophomore season, he assisted the Terriers to become back-to-back conference champions … Was named to the all-conference team and all-tournament team … Played and started in 21 games, while totaling three goals (one game-winning goal) and three assists for nine points … As a freshman, he was named All-NAC Rookie of the Year and all-conference second-team … Played and started in 18 games after posting four goals (one game-winning goal) and seven assists for 15 points.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Siena Catholic College … Was a captain and MVP of his team … Also played rugby while in school … Also played club soccer for the QSL State Team under coach George Cowie.

PERSONAL
The son of Diane and Anthony Phelps … Has two sisters, Stephanie and Maddison … A sports management major at UNCP.
