Season bests: Shot Put (14.24m), Weight Throw (13.69m) ... Registered both personal-bests at the Mountain East Conference Championship finishing 5^th in the Shot Put and 12^th place in the Weight Throw.
Outdoor
Season bests: Shot Put (13.38m), Discus Throw (39.27m), Hammer Throw (34.63m), Javelin Throw (31.98m) ... Captured an event title in the Shot Put at the Braves Classic ... Also finished 3^rd in the Javelin Throw at the Braves Classic.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)

Season bests: Weight Throw (13.59m), Shot Put (13.02m) ... Captured a 4^th place finish in the Weight Throw at the Gene Anderson Invitational ... Placed 5^th in the Shot Put at the Wake Forest Invitational. 
Outdoor
Season bests: Shot Put (13.72m), Hammer Throw (39.01m), Discus Throw (40.02m), Javelin Throw (36.50m) ... Captured an event title in the shot put at the Mount Olive Dual ... Placed 10th in the discus throw at the PBC Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Indoor
Season bests: Shot Put (13.07m), Weight Throw (12.41m) … Placed third in the weight throw at Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open.
Outdoor
Season bests: Shot Put (13.29m), Hammer (36.17m), Discus (39.48m), Javelin (38.32m) … Posted five top 3 finishes, including a third place finish in Shot Put at the Mount Olive Dual, Braves Classic and JCSU Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at North Stokes High School for coach Mike Williams … Tallied a fourth place showing in the indoor shot put as a senior … Qualified for indoor and outdoor state meet in the shot put in each of last two prep seasons … Also qualified for the outdoor state meet in the discus throw as both a junior and senior as well … Finished runner-up in the discus throw as a senior, and third in the shot put at the outdoor state championships … Recorded season-best marks of 142-feet, 4-inches in the discus throw, and 50-feet, ½-inch in the shot put … Grabbed a fifth place showing at the outdoor state meet in both the shot put and discus as a junior … Helped lead the Vikings to a runner-up showing at the state championship meet.
