HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Scotland High School under coach Richard Bulley as a senior and John Williams in his junior year … Lettered in football and wrestling … As a senior, he recorded 15 tackles, 11 of which were solo, 1.5 sacks, one interception for a touchdown and three quarterback hurries to assist his team in posting a 12-2 record and become conference champions … In his junior campaign, he was a part of a 15-0 record that became conference and state champions … Also played soccer for Scotland County under coach Mathew Goins and made it to the third round of the playoffs with a 14-8 record.

PERSONAL
The son of Kozma and James McLean … Has three brothers, Trevin, Sirdoreus and Avery … Graduated with a 3.2 grade point average … Played church league basketball, wrestling and was a motivational speaker … A computer science major at UNCP.
