Indoor
Season bests: 60m (6.95) ... 200m (24.01) ... Took 2nd in the 60m at the College Team Challenge ... Finished 5th in the 60m at the Conference Carolinas Championships.
Outdoor
Season bests: 100m (10.70) ... 200m (22.56) ... 4x100m Relay (40.55) ... A part of the 4x100m relay team that took 1st at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational and the Braves Classic ... Won the 100m at the Braves Classic.

BEFORE UNCP: Attended Kentucky Christian University (2019-23) ... Was named Academic All-Conference in 2021 and 2022 ... Also played football for the Knights.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Pender High School for coach Johnny Bowman ... As a senior, was a a conference and regional champion, and a part of the state runner-up 4x100 and 4x200 relay teams ... As a junior, was a conference and regional champion, and ran a leg on Pender's state champion 4x100 relay team ... Also lettered in basketball, baseball, and football for the Patriots ... Twice named All-Conference in football.

PERSONAL: Son of Bernard and Angela Henry ... Maintained a 3.0 GPA at Pender High School ... Has a twin brother, Lavell, and two older sisters, Adriana and Ny'Asia ... Lists his dad as his hero ... Hobbies include video games and riding dirt bikes ... Favorite movie is Creed and favorite sports team is the Carolina Panthers ... Favorite food is Chinese and favorite music artist is Lil Durk ... Pursuing a Master's degree in professional school counseling at UNCP.
