In her Freshman year at UNCP…
Appeared in 32 games for the Braves, primarily as a pinch runner. Scored five runs on the season and was 2-for-2 on stolen bases. Scored five runs. Collected her only hit of the season on March 18 against Glenville State.

Attended North Brunswick High School in Leland, N.C. … earned three letters for softball … earned the Coach’s Award her junior and senior seasons and was All Conference her senior year … was named the 2006 Louisiana World Series MVP for her travel ball team the Brunswick County All Stars.

Is the daughter of Donna and Tony Santos … was born on July 21, 1989 in Rocky Point, N.C. … has one sister, Toni (11) and a brother, T.J. (8) … was a cheerleader and played volleyball in high school.
