Helped UNCPto earn the 2014 PBC Softball Sportsmanship Award … Asa pitcher, she appeared in 24 games with 17 starts to her creditfor UNCP … Posted a 2.65 era and 11-11 overall record in thecircle … Finished 14 complete games and one shutout in her129.1 innings pitched … Gave up 148 hits, 79 runs (49 earnedruns), 26 doubles, 11 home runs and 57 walks … Threw ateam-best 81 strikeouts to average 4.38 strikeouts per game… Pitched 523 at-bats and had a .283 batting averageagainst, .955 fielding percentage and a .455 runners caughtstealing percentage … Had 10 runners caught stealing and 12stolen bases allowed, while turning one double play … Dishedout 36 assists, had six put outs and committed two errors …Allowed 18 sacrifice hits and two sacrifice flies …Committed nine wild pitched and hit two batters … Grabbedwins against No. 2 Kutztown twice, Barton, Mount Olive, St.Andrews, Carson-Newman, Georgia Southwestern, Lander twice andPfeiffer twice … Struck out a season-best nine batters inthe victory over nationally-ranked Kutztown on February 6 andanother seven in the loss to GRU Augusta on March 21 …Posted at least three strikeouts on 16 different occasions.

Attended Catawba College and played softball for Nan Whitley… As a sophomore, she appeared in 12 games with six startsto her credit … Posted a 4-3 record in the middle with a2.35 ERA … Went six complete games and a total of 41.2innings pitched … Allowed 38 hits, 19 runs, 18 walks and 17strikeouts in 163 at-bats … During her freshman campaign,she appeared in 10 games with four starts and two complete games… Collected a 3-0 record in the middle and a 3.84 ERA… Saw 138 at-bats, 37 hits, 22 runs, 14 walks and 21strikeouts in 34.2 innings pitched.
