AS A JUNIOR (2015): Redshirted ... PBC Presidential Honor Roll … Ran unattached at the Royals Challenge (5K) and finished 252nd with a time of 23:06.7.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): PBC Presidential Honor Roll ... Ran a season best time in the 6K at the Peach Belt Conference Championships where she ran a time of 25:22.60 for a 75th place finish as the UNCP women’s team placed fifth … Finished 165th at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a time of 28:48.42 as the Braves placed 14th overall … Competed in her first cross country race of the season at the Queens Twilight Invitational where she helped the team place third with a 22nd place finish (20:34.9) and season best 5K time … At the Sand Shark Invitational, she placed 210th with a time of 21:47.21 to help the Braves to a seventh place finish … Captured a top-30 finish at the Bulldog Cross Country Invitational as she ran a time of 22:02.06 for a 26th place finish and a team champion honor … At the Royals Cross Country Challenge, she logged a 176th place finish as she crossed the finish line in a time of 23:24.8.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013): A member of the team that was recognized by the USTFCCCA as an all-academic team … Ran her personal best time in the 6K at the PBC Championships with a time of 24:25.97 for a 59th place finish as the UNCP women’s team placed fourth … At the Royal Cross Country Challenge, she ran a time of 20:15.1 for an 89th overall finish for a personal best time in the 5K to assist the Braves in finishing third overall … Finished 19th at the Charlotte Cross Country Challenge in the green race with a time of 25:36.8 in the 6K to help UNCP place second overall … Ended her freshman year at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in the 6K where the team finished fifth and she crossed the finish line in 1170th (25:55.48).

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Hickory High School under coach Judson Sarver … A four-year letterman in cross country, track and field and soccer … As a senior, she posted a season best time of 20:30.51 at the Eastern Region Cross Country Championships where her team placed third overall for the second year in a row … Helped the Hawks to become SE District Regular Season Champions for the second-consecutive year … Awarded the 2012 Cross Country Sportsmanship Award and was the co-captain of the Hawks … Two-time qualifier for the 2012 VHSL 3A State Cross Country Team Championships … During her junior campaign, she notched a season best time of 20:55.62 … A captain on her soccer team.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Amy and Michael George … Has an older sister, Sarah … Was an honor graduate and a member of Sapphira Pearl Hi-Y … Honored with the VHSL Academic Excellence Award … A journalism major at UNCP.
