AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): Redshirted … Competed in two tournaments as an unattached wrestler … Posted a 3-4 (.429) record, including one win by pin and another by major decision … Went 0-2 against NCAA Division II competition … Registered a 3-2 mark at the Shorter Open … Went 0-2 at the Newberry Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Heritage High School for coach Kevin Robinson … Registered a 34-5 (.872) record as a prep senior … Took home the district championship, finished runner-up at the conference tournament, and finished third at the region meet … Qualified for the state tournament for the second-straight year … Turned in a 30-5 (.857) mark as a junior and won the district title … Also finished runner-up at the conference meet and third at the region tournament …Also lettered in swimming and football for the Panthers.
