AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Turned in an 11-14 (.440) record, including a 7-6 mark in tournaments … Logged one win via technical fall and another by major decision … Went 4-6 against NCAA Division II competition … Earned trips to the podium at both the Pembroke Classic (3rd) and the Citrus Invitational (8th) … Logged first collegiate victory with a 7-0 decision over Coker’s Otto Wolin at the Pembroke Classic … Won his last three matches at that event to finish with a 3-1 clip … Posted a 3-3 mark at the Citrus Invitational, including a 7-4 win over Augsburg’s Mike Hayes in his opening bout.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at West Forsyth High School for coach Maurice Atwood … Earned a trip to the podium at the state tournament after amassing a 55-9 (.859) record … Helped lead Titans to their second-straight state dual championship … Turned in a 50-4 (.926) clip as a junior, including a perfect 15-0 record at the Disney Duals.
