AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2014-15): Compiled a 2-10 record (.167) – all in tournament settings … Both victories came via pin … Went 1-2 against NCAA Division II competition … Picked up first win of season (pin) at Panther Open … Also won his opening match at the Newberry Open.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): Redshirted … Competed in three tournaments as an unattached wrestler … Posted an 0-6 record, including an 0-3 clip against NCAA Division II competition … Went 0-2 at The Citadel Open, the Shorter Open and the Newberry Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Walter M. Williams High School for coach Duane Wilson … Also competed with the Williams High Wrestling Club … Turned in a 23-11 (.676) record and led the Bulldogs in wins, pins and major decisions … Came away with sixth place honors at the Jim King Invitational … Grabbed championship honors at the Bulldog Classic Freestyle tournament while competing with his club organization … Also finished runner-up at the Greco and Pembroke Classic tournaments ... Also lettered in baseball for the Bulldogs.

PERSONAL: The son of Angela and Larry Kincer … Has two younger brothers, Jake and Joey … Maintained a 4.0 cumulative grade point average at Walter M. Williams High School and graduated in the top 13 percent of his 362-member senior class … An accounting major at UNCP.
