AS A FRESHMAN (2014-15): Compiled a 6-9 (.400) record, including a 4-4 mark in tournament settings … Tallied a pair of pins … Went 5-5 against NCAA Division II competition … Took home championship honors after registering a 3-0 mark at the Panther Open in his collegiate debut … Picked up dual meet victories against Anderson (forfeit) at the Super Region Duals, as well as a 5-4 win over Limestone’s Kyle Lowe.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Northern High School for coach Matt Brown … Tallied a 50-3 record as a prep senior and captured both the region and state championships … Went 41-3 as a junior and took home the region championship, as well as posted a runner-up finish at the state tournament … Also earned junior all-America honors … Also competed as part of the NC Dream Team organization.

PERSONAL: The son of Tamara Odom and Gerald Mills, Sr. … Has five brothers – Gerald, Ja’len, Tarey, Tyrese and Zamari … A biology major at UNCP.
