AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17): Redshirted … Competed in one tournament as an unattached wrestler … Compiled a 2-2 (.500) record with one win by pin and another by technical fall … Went 2-2 at the Pembroke Classic … Picked up first victory against Jordy Suazo of the Braves Wrestling Club … Also posted a 19-2 technical fall over Limestone’s Seth Swoope.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Anson High School for coach James Wall … Compiled a 43-5 (.896) record as a senior and earned team most outstanding wrestler laurel for second-straight year … Also earned most valuable player honors in track & field and cross country following each of last two prep seasons.

PERSONAL: The son of Leticia Leak and Shedrick Grey … Maintained a 4.3 cumulative grade point average at Anson High School … An accounting major at UNCP.
