AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2014-15): Compiled a 13-12 (.520) record – all in tournament settings … Registered one technical fall … Went 3-4 against NCAA Division II competition … Finished in fifth place at the Pembroke Classic … Tallied a 4-2 mark at the Pembroke Classic … Went 3-2 at the Shorter Open … Split four matches at the Wolfpack Open, the Panther Open and the Newberry Open.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): Redshirted … Competed in four tournaments as an unattached wrestler … Compiled a 1-8 (.111) record … Picked up first collegiate victory with a 3-2 decision over Truett McConnell’s Nick Distasio at the Newberry Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Pine Forest High School for coach Ken Russell … Registered a 34-14 (.708) mark as a prep senior, while also leading the Trojans in wins by technical fall … Captured team most outstanding wrestler awards after placing at every tournament … Turned in a 29-13 (.690) clip as a junior, while also leading the team in wins by technical fall … Captured team most outstanding wrestler honors after placing at four tournaments.
