Box Score MOUNT OLIVE - Senior Aquia Jones turned in a double-digit kill effort for the fifth-straight match, but the UNC Pembroke volleyball team was unable to fend off late momentum by Mount Olive in all three sets on the way to a 3-0 (20-25, 23-25, 24-26) loss to the Trojans on Tuesday afternoon in UMO's Kornegay Arena.

GAME REPLAY
SET 1 I 20-25	Mount Olive grabbed an 8-4 advantage on a kill by Cyerra Carter, but the Braves slowly chipped away at their deficit and eventually tied the score at 20 apiece thanks to a kill from Ashley Caesar. The Trojans, however, scored the final five points of the set, including two by virtue of service ace and another via a service error by the Black & Gold.
SET 2 I 23-25	UNCP broke a 13-13 tie by capturing four of the next five points, but the Trojans scratched their way back into the set and eventually took a 22-21 lead after an attack error by the Braves. UNCP went out in front 23-22 on blocks from both Caesar and Aquia Jones, but the Trojans knotted the match back up on a kill from Dejare Cumberbatch, and then took the final two points thanks to attack error by the Black & Gold.
SET 3 I 24-26	The Braves rallied back from an 11-8 deficit with four-straight points, but the Trojans rallied back from a 19-16 deficit later in the set and eventually took a 20-19 advantage. The Black & Gold erased a 24-23 deficit at the tail end of the set thanks to an attack error by the Trojans, but UMO got consecutive kills from Makayla Huber and Carter to close out the victory.
