The Braves appeared to make a red zone stop, however, a crucial penalty extended the Fayetteville State drive and set them up for a 1st and goal. UNCP limited the offense as the Broncos settled for a 21-yard field goal from Joey Meneses. UNCP 13, FSU 10
4TH QUARTER

FSU limited UNCP from finding the endzone, but Ty Woods knocked down a 38-yard field goal to extend the UNCP lead. UNCP 16, FSU 10

Fayetteville State's Barry Elliot nearly went the distance with a 95-yard kickoff return to give the Broncos the advantage. FSU 17, UNCP 16

Caleb Pierce found Trey Dixon and Malik Tobias to get a pair of first-down and into the FSU territory. Pierce threw a pass to Diaz Alexander to get to the 13-yard line with under a minute to play.
