COLUMBIA, S.C. – Cole Thomas took first in the men's pole vault, while Tyshone Bolden Jr. finished third in the men's high jump Saturday to highlight action on the second and final day of the Carolina Challenge, hosted by the University of South Carolina.
 
Thomas set a new personal best with a height of 4.66m, while Justin Walker took fourth in both the shot put (14.55m) and weight throw (15.07m) invites with personal bests in each event. 
 
The Braves will now head to Winston-Salem tomorrow, January 21 to take part in the JDL Flat Is Fast event.
