GREENVILLE, S.C. – Following a 21-13 second half victory over No. 19 Wingate on Thursday, Josh Ehrlich has been named as the Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Week, while Fred Giles was named the Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Week presented by Athletic Solutions. 

A native of Annapolis, Md., Ehrlich helped the Black & Gold to 21 points in the second half and completed 20 of his 31 passing attempts. Ehrlich threw for one touchdown and ran for one touchdown while accumulating 69 rushing yards. 

Giles finished Thursday's game with six tackles (five solo) and had a pair of tackles for loss. A native of Jonesboro, Ark., Giles also logged one sack and recorded three quarterback hurries.
