Soccer Battles To Scoreless Draw At Mount Olive

MOUNT OLIVE – UNC Pembroke logged six shots but couldn't find the back of the net as the Braves opened up Conference Carolinas play with a 0-0 draw Saturday night at Mount Olive.

Addison Ellsworth made six saves to record her tenth career clean sheet.

The Braves (1-1-1, 0-0-1 CC) moved to 16-4-3 in the all-time series with the Trojans (1-2-1, 0-0-1 CC), and had a five-match winning streak halted with the draw.
 
TOP BRAVES
+ Six different Braves logged one shot apiece.
+ Addison Ellsworth tallied six saves between the pipes for the second-straight match.
NOTABLES
+ UMO held the advantage in shots 10-6.
+ UNCP outpaced UMO 12-3 in corner kicks.
