Prepped for three years at Scottsbluff High School under coach Megan Burda and one year at Northwest High School under coach Diane Rouzee … A four-year letterman in volleyball and three-year letterman in basketball and soccer … During her senior campaign she led her team to a 35-2 record, a conference championship and the 2012 Class B State championship … Named to the Class B State Tournament All-Tournament team, All-Heartland All-Area Volleyball Team and Central Conference second-team … Recorded 137 kills, 52 digs, 66 block assists … Finished her high school career with 871 kills, 481 assists, 788 digs and 185 total blocks … As a junior, she garnered a spot on the Greater Nebraska Conference (GNAC) all-conference first team and the Western Conference team … Earned GNAC all-academic laurels, AP all-state volleyball honorable mention, all-region second team honors and named to the Twin City All-Tournament first team … Notched 395 kills, 15 assists, 47 service aces, 373 … Totaled 39 blocks, including 15 solo blocks … Tallied a .237 hitting percentage … As a senior was a member of the 2013 Class B State Championship basketball team.

The daughter of Amy and Mark Westphal … Has two older sisters, Mackenzie and Makayla, that play collegiate volleyball at Nebraska Western Community College and Nebraska Wesleyan University, respectively … A member of the Nike club, Spanish club and 4-H club … Received GNAC All-Academic honors as a junior … Ranked 47th out of her 171-member senior class and graduated with a 3.8 grade point average … A pre-dentistry major at UNCP.
