HIGH SCHOOL: A multi-threat standout at Anson High School for coach Tim MacMahon … Booked 50 tackles (25 solo), four forced fumbles and three interceptions, as well as 1,100 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, in pacing the Bearcats to a 9-4 record and the third round of the state playoffs … Also returned four kickoffs for touchdowns … Earned second consecutive all-conference nod at season’s end … Registered 40 tackles (25 solo), six interceptions, three forced fumbles and three defensive touchdowns as junior, as well as four rushing touchdowns and a pair of kickoff return touchdowns … Was also an all-conference performer in track & field for Anson.
