HIGH SCHOOL: A decorated lineman at Cedar Ridge High School for coach Lou Geary … Registered 25 pancake blocks, 23 tackles and a pair of sacks as a prep senior en route to garnering his second consecutive first team all-conference and all-area laurels … Booked 73 tackles, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a tackle for a safety as a junior … A two-time all-conference basketball player and a standout in the shot put for the Redwolves as well … Averaged a double-double on the basketball team as a senior.
