AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2012): Played in all 10 games for UNCP as the primary kickoff specialist … Kicked off 54 times for 3,223 yards (59.7 yards/kick) and recorded a pair of touchbacks … Was also 1-for-1 on field goal attempts … Made two tackles, including a solo stop against Catawba … Kicked off six times for 366 yards (61.0 yards/kick) against Fayetteville State (two touchbacks), while also connecting on a 44-yard field goal attempt to put up the game’s first points … Registered a season-best 65.4 yards/kick on a season-high eight kickoffs (four touchbacks) at Wingate … Also kicked for 65.0 yard average (five kickoffs) against Carson-Newman … Tallied a season-best five touchbacks (six kickoffs) against Newberry.
