Led team to the state playoffs for the first time in school history ... Recognized as a "Player to Watch" by the New & Observer ... Named Big Eight all-conference honorable mention junior and senior year ... Led the conference in digs as a junior with 339 ... Named team rookie of the year and named Big Eight all-conference as a freshman ... Also played volleyball for NC Volleyball Academy 18 Crystal under the direction of coach Ross Fields.

The daughter of Shellarnetta and Alan Hollis … Has a younger sister, Erica … Ranked in the top-third of her class with a 3.67 grade point average … Was a member of FBLA, My Sister's Keeper, Student Council, Link Leaders, Girl Scouts (Gold award recepient) and choir in high school … Also competed in track and sand volleyball … Plans on majoring in athletic training at UNCP.
